“All Together Now” is an international youth exchange project that promotes collaboration and dialogue between young people from Germany, France, Italy and Turkey.

The aim of the project is to strengthen solidarity, cooperation and inclusion. A special focus is placed on:

• intercultural dialogue,

• the active participation of young people with physical disabilities,

• and raising awareness of sustainable development.

📅 The exchange takes place in Bremen and brings together around 28 young people from the four countries.

During the project week, participants will take part in a variety of activities, including:

• inclusive sports activities,

• intercultural evenings,

• sustainability workshops,

• visits to local initiatives in Bremen,

• cultural presentations and exchange formats.

The project creates space for encounter, learning and empowerment – and helps to highlight diversity as a strength.

The youth exchange project “All Together Now” will take place from 8 – 12 September 2025.
Each day runs from 10:00 to 18:00 (after breakfast).

Arrival from abroad – transfer to the accommodation

Young people travelling from abroad (e.g. from France, Italy or Turkey) can best reach Bremen via Bremen Airport or Bremen Central Station.

From Bremen Airport:

• Directly in front of the terminal, take tram line 6 (direction “Universität”).

• Get off at Wilhelm-Kaisen-Brücke (approx. 8 minutes ride).

• From there it is about 30 minutes on foot (2.3 km) to LidiceHaus.

From Bremen Central Station:

• Take tram lines 4, 6 or 8 towards the airport.

• Get off at Wilhelm-Kaisen-Brücke (approx. 8 minutes ride).

• From there it is about 30 minutes on foot (2.3 km) to LidiceHaus.

Alternatives:

• Taxi from the Central Station → LidiceHaus: approx. €15.

• Taxi from Wilhelm-Kaisen-Brücke → LidiceHaus: approx. €8.

• Walk back to the Bremen Kirchweg stop.

The distance between LidiceHaus and Afrika Netzwerk Bremen is approx. 3.5 km (about 50 minutes’ walk).
